3. What does your organisation purchase?
RESET organises the complete process. The employer does not purchase a standard trip, but a five-day programme aligned with the participant or group.
Content, location, group size and intensity are agreed in advance in a business contract and quotation.

Management, employer, RESET, hotels, transport providers and other team members have no access to personal consultations, psychological data or professional records.
The employer receives only information necessary for business and organisational execution unless another valid legal basis and, where required, appropriate consent exist.
5. Discretion towards our business clients
RESET Retreat Spain works exclusively on a B2B basis for companies and organisations. We do not publish the names, logos or other identifiable details of clients and commissioning organisations on our website, in presentations or in promotional material.
Only when a client expressly chooses to share an experience, recommendation or review may it be published. The client decides whether this appears with the company name, professional role or in fully anonymous form.
Confidentiality and professional discretion form part of every RESET collaboration.
6. B2B & tax considerations
RESET programmes are offered exclusively to employers and organisations on a B2B basis.
Costs may potentially be treated as personnel or business expenses depending on their purpose and use. Exact tax, payroll-tax and VAT treatment depends on the client and agreement.
