RESET is designed for employees experiencing persistent stress, overload or reduced resilience, for whom timely support within a professional early-intervention and recovery programme may be appropriate.

A conversation at work or a short appointment in a consulting room does not always create enough distance. Time away from the familiar environment can help participants settle, recognise patterns more clearly and focus fully on recovery and change.

RESET combines professional psychological guidance with five carefully structured days in Spain. Qualified psychologists contribute to the intake, programme content and agreed follow-up. Participants work on recognising stress, personal patterns, boundaries, recovery behaviour, resilience and a practical plan for moving forward with greater calm, insight and direction.

RESET does not replace necessary medical or individual psychological treatment. It is a professionally guided, non-clinical programme for early support. If individual treatment is more appropriate, a psychologist can advise the participant accordingly.

From family businesses and SMEs to large organisations in construction, healthcare, IT, media, manufacturing and professional services: RESET organises programmes for groups of 10 or more and can fully accommodate larger company groups.

The employer, leadership team or organisation is the client. The employee is the participant and completes the professional intake, five-day programme in Spain and agreed follow-up. Privacy, confidentiality and personal boundaries are carefully protected.
