Founder & owner · overall business responsibility

Responsible for employers, commercial strategy, partnerships, contracts, business operations and the development of RESET. Gert does not decide on psychological client content.

Francisca van Aalst

Manager Spain · location and partner coordination

Coordinates hotels, locations, local suppliers, Spanish partners, operational planning and the quality of accommodation and facilities.

Spain back-office team

Participant communication · planning · administration

Supports participant communication, planning, forms, travel documents and operational preparation in Spain.

Psychological programme team

The psychological guidance within RESET Retreat Spain is provided by an international team of qualified psychologists. The programme methodology is developed and monitored centrally. The psychologists in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain each have a clear responsibility within the preparation, guidance and aftercare of the RESET programme.

The NetherlandsLead Psychologist & Program Director

Responsible for the development, professional quality and oversight of the psychological RESET methodology.

The Lead Psychologist develops and monitors the intake and selection criteria, psychological programme components, evaluation points and the structure of aftercare. She also coordinates the professional content with the psychologists in Belgium and Spain.

BelgiumProgram Psychologist Belgium

Responsible for the psychological preparation, guidance and aftercare of Belgian participants.

The Belgian programme psychologist conducts the intake and coordination before the stay and supports participants in applying the insights gained to their work and home situation after returning.

Ellen Van der Linden

Regional Program Psychologist – Valencia & Murcia

Ellen Van der Linden supports RESET Retreat Spain programmes in the Valencia and Murcia regions. She contributes to psychological preparation, guidance during the stay and professional coordination with the central psychological programme team.

Her regional presence allows her, depending on the location and group composition, to work on site and contribute to careful handover and aftercare.

General Health Psychologist in Spain

Vanina Mayora Pasqualini

Regional Program Psychologist – Catalonia & Costa Brava

Vanina Mayora Pasqualini is based in Barcelona and, within the RESET method, supports participants and groups in recognising signs of stress, personal strain and recurring patterns.

She may contribute to programme preparation, online group guidance, an on-site guidance session, professional evaluation and aftercare. She works in coordination with RESET psychologists and programme staff in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.

Northern SpainRegional Program Psychologist – Northern Spain

Responsible for psychological support surrounding programmes at our locations in Galicia, Cantabria and Castilla y León.

The regional psychologist contributes to preparation, guides agreed programme components on site and coordinates professionally with the Dutch or Belgian programme team.

Southern SpainRegional Program Psychologist – Andalusia

Regional psychological support for future RESET programmes at selected locations in Andalusia.

The psychologist contributes to preparation, guides agreed programme components online and on site, and coordinates professionally with the Dutch, Belgian and Spanish programme team.

Group & recovery guide

Daily structure · group atmosphere · practical guidance

Supports daily structure, activities and group dynamics and notices when a participant may need extra attention. This role is not therapy or psychological treatment.

Sport & movement professional

Movement without performance pressure

Guides walking, mobility, stretching, light functional training and recovery-focused movement, adapted to the group and participants’ capacity.

Breathing & relaxation

Qualified support where appropriate

Supports breathing, relaxation, simple stress regulation and body awareness. This role may be combined with movement when the professional is suitably qualified.

Nutrition professional

Menu advice · regularity · dietary needs

Advises where needed on menus, eating patterns, allergies and coordination with the hotel kitchen. Nutrition supports the recovery programme.

Thermal wellness & physiotherapy

Hotel or balneario facilities

Depending on the location, thermal baths, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, massage and other recovery-focused wellness facilities may be included.

Medical support route

First aid · doctor · clinic · emergency route

A route for first aid, medical availability and emergencies is agreed for every location. RESET does not suggest that a doctor is continuously present with the group.

Available disciplines and facilities are determined for each programme and location. RESET organises these directly or together with selected professionals and the accommodation concerned.
