The right environment for every group
Within RESET, accommodation is not a separate hotel booking but a deliberately selected part of the five-day programme. Calm, privacy, climate, nature and suitable facilities support professional guidance and create distance from everyday life.
Because RESET works with different groups and guidance levels, we do not use one standard hotel. We recommend the accommodation that best fits each client and group. A comfortable double room for individual use is available if desired. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

Every setting is selected for its calm, privacy, comfort and fit with the group objective.
The location is selected through professional coordination
The location is confirmed only after the employer’s requirements, the group composition and professional considerations arising from the intake have been carefully brought together.
Psychological professionals
Assess under their own professional responsibility which environmental characteristics may support the programme. They communicate only necessary functional advice, never confidential consultation content or personal psychological data.
RESET Retreat Spain
Translates the business conditions and professional location advice into suitable accommodation and organises travel, stay, transfers, meals and practical delivery.
Responsibilities remain deliberately separate. RESET and the employer do not interfere with confidential psychological client content. Psychological professionals are not responsible for the commercial hotel choice or travel organisation.

RRS selected this location for its combination of privacy, comfort, nature and the opportunity for a group to stay without outside interruptions.
During a RESET programme, Mas Rosset is reserved in its entirety and exclusively for one group. This creates a safe, low-stimulus environment where participants can step away from everyday work and life patterns and focus on recovery. Its eight spacious double bedrooms each have a private bathroom and can accommodate one or two participants, depending on the group composition.
The private meeting and wellbeing room supports professional group sessions, reflection and elements of the RESET method. Rest, movement and shared moments can be carefully alternated throughout the five-day programme. The spa, gym, library, gardens, swimming pool and padel court are supportive facilities; they are not treatments in themselves.

RRS selected Balneario de Mondariz as a recovery setting for groups that benefit from calm, distance from the everyday work environment and a carefully structured daily rhythm. Its rooms, meals, quiet communal spaces and natural surroundings provide a suitable basis for professional group sessions, reflection and recovery-focused movement.
The thermal facilities can be coordinated as a supportive element of the five-day RESET method. They are not a treatment in themselves and are always combined with the professional psychological framework, sufficient rest and the group’s capacity.

In the naturally lit group rooms, the programme’s psychologists can help participants recognise stress signals, understand patterns of overload and turn insights into realistic next steps. Meals, rest and suitable movement support that structure. Mood Spa and golf are optional facilities; they are neither treatments nor required parts of RESET.
Each stay is agreed with La Zambra for the specific group. Rooms, meals, group space and additional facilities depend on dates, availability and participants’ needs.

RESET Retreat Spain has reviewed official registers, geological data, published water analyses, spring temperatures, mineral composition and balneological literature. Available findings are incorporated into a digital selection programme developed specifically for RESET.
The programme supports our assessment of which accommodation, setting and thermal facilities best fit a group’s aims, composition and capacity. The final decision is always professionally reviewed and never made by software alone.

Magnesium
Involved in muscle, nerve and energy functions; magnesium-containing water suits a setting focused on calm and physical relaxation.
