Responsibilities

RESET Retreat Spain is responsible for the business and operational organisation of the programme. Psychological professionals work under their own professional responsibility.

Confidential conversations and psychological data remain within the professional relationship between participant and qualified professional.

Professional intake & guidance

The professional intake, guidance and follow-up are carried out by the psychological professionals involved. Personal and substantive information shared with them is treated confidentially.

Our psychological professionals use secure email and communication facilities for confidential information.

Privacy in relation to the employer

When an employee participates through an employer, the employer does not automatically receive access to personal, psychological or health information.

Information from the intake, conversations or guidance is not shared with the employer without a valid legal basis.

Discretion towards business clients

RESET does not publish client names, logos or other identifiable information in public communications. A recommendation or review is published only at the client’s express request and in the form chosen by that client.

Data security

RESET Retreat Spain and the professionals involved aim to process personal data carefully and securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Participants are asked not to send medical or psychological information through the general contact form. A designated secure communication route is used when this information is necessary for the professional intake.

Support after RESET

Any treatment or guidance continued after the RESET programme forms a separate professional relationship between the participant and the practitioner concerned.

RESET receives no commission and has no access to the content of that treatment or guidance.
